If you wish to process an exchange, we recommend returning your current merchandise for credit to the original form of payment and placing a new order. You may also return/exchange merchandise at any Boscov's store as permitted by our Return Policy. If you call us for assistance in placing the exchange order, we will gladly waive your shipping fee; Boscov’s ships most exchange merchandise at no additional shipping cost.  
  
You can also write your exchange request information on your packing slip when you mail your merchandise back. Unfortunately, because we have our stock spread across multiple fulfillment centers, the location that receives your return may not have your requested exchange and will be forced to credit your account instead. By placing a new order with us, our entire inventory will be utilized to find your merchandise.
